Have you ever hurt so bad that you felt you
couldn't take it?
When you lose the thing that makes your heart beat.
And it just stops beating.
Your stomach muscles tighten,
Your throat closes up,
Water starts streaming from you eyes,
Your nose starts running,
And you can't breathe,
Then you throw up because you are putting your body through
hell.
It is all so self-destructive,
But you don't know how to stop.
And it all happens because you can't stop loving that person.
And you can't because,
They still say they love you, but you just can't be together
But they can be with someone else.
And that person is,
Your best friend.
And you feel abandoned
And so alone.
The two of them say they will never leave you,
But how can you know for sure,
How can anyone really know.
You try so hard to be ok with it all, you tell yourself
And everyone else that you're ok, that you can handle it all.
But you can't,
Because you aren't strong enough.
You lost your wall of support,
And fell down.
Because there was nothing to grab onto on the way down.
