Oh how i love you,
 i wish you'd feel the same.
Cause knowing you dont love me,
can cause me so much pain.
 
I want your eyes, i want your smile,
I want a place within you heart.
its just so hard for me,
to find out where to start.
 
My friends all say you like me,
but that cannot be true.
As i am just the friend,
 who you can only talk to.
 
Its hard for me to tell you,
how i feel inside.
As this could ruin our friendship,
and make me run and hide.
 
I'd cry my eyes out forever,
to never be next to you.
I guess just being your friend,
will simply have to do.
