Love Letter

As I lock and seal this letter
I wonder if I'm making a mistake
but, the thought of love was just the case.
To make me face my fear of rejection
I will let him know about my affections.
The way I will feel and what I will say
when this letter is on it's way.
I will surely let his new girlfriend pay
If I do not get my way,
To have him close without a plea
will make me very happy.
If I was to get rejected
then I'll know I had no affections
Just a twitch in my heart
and me and this *boy*
should forever part!
