How Long Do I Have To Wait?

Here I am,
Waiting & Waiting
Just for my
Dog to come.
As I remember,
Hearing that chain.
The bark so loud,
Hitting on the dish,
As if he wants food.
Now all I need, is a little
Push now and then, just so that
I can over come my loneliness.
As years pass by, all I want is my
Dog to come back.
He's still in my heart
And nothing is going to talk
Him out of it.
