How do you tell a friend,
That you care;
And that you always,
Will be there?

How do you tell them,
After they're gone;
That you'll be there when they're down,
With a poem or a song.

It's very hard to tell them,
When they're gone;
It's very hard to let go,
Once they've moved on.

But, I know in my heart,
My friend's care still glows;
And I know I didn't have to tell him,
Because he already knows.
